Your personal data is processed by AppDuce as the data controller, within the scope described below.
Personal data processed
The name, email address, and message you submit through the contact form, together with connection logs generated for technical security.
Purpose and legal basis
Your data is processed to respond to your request and communicate with you, based on the data subject's request and legitimate interest under Article 5 of the KVKK.
Transfers
To deliver email, your data is processed through our provider Resend's infrastructure, which may involve transfer abroad. Any such transfer is limited to performing the service.
Retention
Your data is retained for as long as the processing purpose requires, then deleted, destroyed, or anonymized once the purpose no longer applies.
Your rights under Article 11
You have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information about it, request correction or deletion, and object to processing.
